Former Sputnik Journalist Writes First-Hand Account of Working in Russian State Media
Sputnik’s former White House correspondent Andrew Feinberg wrote a first-hand account of working inside the Russian-state news network in Washington D.C. for Politico.
Hired in December 2016, Feinberg regularly represented Sputnik at White House press briefings. Five months later he quit. Feinberg lists the editors he worked for by name, writing that “they had their own agenda, which didn’t always include the whole truth.”
