New Russian institute would provide care for “gender identity disorders”
The Russian health ministry proposed the creation for a new Institute of Sexology, which would ‘provide care for mental and behavioral disorders’ including ‘gender identity disorders, sexual preference disorders, psychological and behavioral disorders which could cause family disharmony and pedophilia.’ Their work is to include ‘counseling and preventative work’ with teens.
